Washington Harbour, Georgetown’s more than 550,000-square-foot, mixed-use property, is on the market. The two-building property is located at 3000 and 3050 K Street NW with both office and retail space. It is 98 percent leased to 31 tenants, which include Fiola Mare, Farmers Fishers Bakers, and Sequoia. There is also a 12,000-square-foot ice rink, the largest in the D.C. area, and a fountain.
The last time it sold was in 2013 for $370 million, according to Washington Business Journal. The property finished construction in 1987. Since then, it has received $55 million in improvements since 2012.
The location is only two blocks south from Georgetown’s M Street NW, which is known for its variety of retail and restaurant options
