Look up in the sky. Is it a plane? No. A bird? No, it’s a pop-up—and a rather tall one too. The home, first reported by local blog the Brookland Bridge, is now on the market for $2,999,900. It spans six levels with six one-bedrooms and two three-bedrooms. Two parking spaces come with the development.

The location is only a block or two away from the nearest Metro station and is close to a Giant grocery store, Right Proper Brewing Company, and the Brookland’s Finest restaurant.

Judging from photos taken on Google Street View, the pop-up must be fairly new as a photo from July 2017 shows that the pop-up was still barely in development at the time. Photos inside the property show sleek, modern kitchens with all-white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island with a built-in sink. There is hardwood flooring and recessed lighting throughout.
