Looking better than ever, this Northeast single-family home, located in Washington, D.C.’s Woodridge neighborhood, has relisted after last selling in October 2017. Before, it sold for $417,000. Now, it’s asking $699,900.

The kitchen has been totally redone with new countertops and cabinetry. There are also stainless steel appliances and a tile backsplash. Throughout the residence, there are gleaming hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and wainscoting. The lower level has also been fully finished. Other highlights include a fireplace in the living room and a spacious backyard.

There are a total of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across the listing’s 1,286 square feet of space.

The listing agent is Dana Cannon of McEnearney Associates.
