The last time this single-family home in Cathedral Heights sold was in December 2016 for $1.15 million. In February 2018, it landed on the market for $2,249,000 and recently experienced a $200,000 price chop, dropping it to $2,099,000. When it comes to the top-to-bottom renovation it underwent after its last sale, there is a lot to say, most of which can be understood from the following before-and-after sliders.

First, from the outside, homebuyers can see that the brick facade has gotten an off-white paint job, while the bright red flooring in the covered porch has been replaced with gray tiles. Stepping inside, the nearby living room looks good as new with a modern fireplace and hardwood flooring.

The kitchen is all modern with spacious bar seating, a tile backsplash, white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. In the lower level, there is also a wet bar and access to a covered terrace.

Along with an office, this property features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms across 3,910 square feet of space.
