Co-working company MakeOffices opens ninth D.C. area location

Prices for an office runs from $850 per month up to $11,700 per month

The rise of co-working spaces in Washington, D.C. keeps rising, this time with co-working company MakeOffices. MakeOffices has now opened their ninth D.C. area location, this time at the Southwest Waterfront’s mixed-use development, known as The Wharf. Their new space spans over 44,000 square feet across two floors.

Inside, there is a pantry at the corner of each floor, private call rooms, and conference rooms. Members get access to Wi-Fi, unlimited printing, and amenities like free coffee, tea, craft beer, relaxation rooms with massage chairs, and wellness rooms. There are also member breakfasts, events, and happy hours.

Monthly prices range from $325 for open seating to $450 for a dedicated desk to $850 for a one-person office up to $11,700 for an 18-person office. Lease terms can be month-to-month.

Other MakeOffices locations in the D.C. area include Glover Park, K Street NW, Dupont Circle as well as Clarendon, Virginia and Bethesda, Maryland.
