Sometimes, pretty photos of a home aren’t enough to entice visitors. In order to better appeal to homebuyers, Miller & Smith home builders have launched “The One Visit Experience,” which allows open house attendees to win prizes, sample food from local restaurants, or even test drive a Mini Cooper.

According to the Washington Post, each visitor will also be able to take home goodie bags with special offers and samples from local businesses. There will also be a photo booth for added fun. Homebuyers who attend “The One Visit Experience” and buy a property will be able to participate in a raffle to win a home design from D.C.-based interior designer Kerra Michele, who is known for her blog, Apartment Envy.

For a full list of when and where these upgraded open houses will be, head to Miller & Smith’s website here.
