The rent, which is listed as $2,700 a month, includes lawn service. No pets are allowed, but the home is a couple of blocks from the Shops at Dakota Crossing, the Northeast shopping center that houses a Costco, a Lowe’s, and other stores.
A roughly 700-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at the desirable CityCenterDC development downtown is renting for $2,750 a month. The features are modern and include built-in closets. The unit also has a private balcony, hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer. It offers access to CityCenter’s gym and roof deck as well as D.C.’s fine dining establishments.
In Glover Park, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is available for $2,699 a month. The apartment, which is on the second floor of a building on Wisconsin Avenue NW, comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. That space has a gas fireplace as well as stained concrete floor. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the building boasts a roof deck.
