A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit in Mount Pleasant is renting for $2,775 a month. The kitchen counters are granite and there are both hardwood floors and carpet. The home also comes with an in-unit washer/dryer. It’s located in a building called the Argyle, right off Mount Pleasant Street NW, and is a 10-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro stop.

A renovated three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house in Southeast’s Fairlawn neighborhood is rentable for $2,795 a month. Its features include hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The home comes with fenced parking in the backyard and, per the listing, is just “steps away from Anacostia Park.” Additionally, Interstate 295 is close-by.

The Todd-Gordon Companies LLC

With two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this approximately 2,000-square-foot townhouse in Northeast’s Fort Lincoln neighborhood features garage parking, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony. The rent, which is listed as $2,700 a month, includes lawn service. No pets are allowed, but the home is a couple of blocks from the Shops at Dakota Crossing, the Northeast shopping center that houses a Costco, a Lowe’s, and other stores.

A roughly 700-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at the desirable CityCenterDC development downtown is renting for $2,750 a month. The features are modern and include built-in closets. The unit also has a private balcony, hardwood floors, and a washer/dryer. It offers access to CityCenter’s gym and roof deck as well as D.C.’s fine dining establishments.

Scallan Properties

In Glover Park, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is available for $2,699 a month. The apartment, which is on the second floor of a building on Wisconsin Avenue NW, comes with an open plan kitchen and living room. That space has a gas fireplace as well as stained concrete floor. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the building boasts a roof deck.
