In Mt. Vernon Triangle, a colorful, 153-room hotel is planned

Expect a rooftop terrace and a “game zone”

Another hotel is set for Mt. Vernon Triangle, this time planned by Kline Operations. The 11-story, 153-room hotel will be run by Hilton’s Tru brand and will offer a gym, meeting room, “game zone,” and rooftop terrace.

UrbanTurf further reports that the hotel, located at 923-927 5th Street NW, will be on four lots and will need a special exception for rear yard and penthouse and variances from closed court and loading requirements.

The architect behind the project is Fillat + Architecture.
