Immediately south of Dupont Circle, at 1771 N Street NW, what is currently the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) headquarters will soon be the new home of Stream Realty Partners. According to Washington Business Journal, NAB recently sold the 52,000-square-foot building for $31.6 million, or nearly $534 per square foot.
By late 2019 or early 2020, NAB will relocate to a new headquarters in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.
In an interview with Washington Business Journal, Stream Realty Partner Kyle Luby said that he expects them to move forward with a trophy redevelopment, while maintaining the building’s use as office space.
The approximately 50-year-old building comes with a two-level, 70-space parking garage.
