Another church is getting a new life in Washington, D.C. Before, this historic property in Logan Circle housed the Washington Baptist Seminary, but soon it will land on the market as two luxury townhomes.

Located at 1600 13th Street NW, the developer separated the building into two units, one spanning 3400 square feet and the other spanning 3800 square feet.

The smaller unit will house four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms with a rooftop terrace, private elevator, and one off-street parking space. According to the listing, the spa-like bathrooms will feature marble countertops, Kohler fixtures, and a steam shower.

In the kitchen, there will also be marble countertops with a waterfall edge, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The price will total $2,749,900 with a $391 condo fee.

In the larger unit, priced at $2,999,900 with a $410 condo fee, there will be five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Similarly to the other unit, there will be a private rooftop terrace, elevator, and one off-street parking space.

There will also be recessed lighting throughout, a fully finished basement with a kitchenette, and a security and sound system.
