The second phase of renovation for Arlington, Virginia’s historic Crystal House apartment building is now complete.
During the renovation, the owner of the building, Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, announced that they focused on adding luxurious finishes and amenities to the 825-unit building.
Some of the amenities include two rooftop “sky decks” with billiard tables, rooftop grilling and dining areas, and a fitness center with a yoga studio. There is also an Olympic-sized swimming pool, new lobbies with Wi-Fi, a clubroom, and a conference room. For those who care about relaxing in the great outdoors, the courtyard has also been newly landscaped.
Inside each of the studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, there are granite countertops, “spa-inspired” bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, and washers and dryers.

In a statement, Dennis Skarda, Director of Operations at Crystal House, said, “We’ve infused Crystal House with contemporary finishes and aspirational lifestyle components that exceed what’s offered even at some of the area’s newly constructed luxury communities–few of which offer nearly as much living space.”
Crystal House was constructed in 1965. It is located just steps from the Crystal City Metro station, at 1900 S. Eads Street.
