The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) is planning on moving out of their Dupont Circle headquarters and heading to the Capitol Riverfront. Their current headquarters is located at 1771 N Street NW.

While nearly 50 years old, the building still has a lot to offer. It spans 52,000 square feet and comes with a two-level, 70-space parking garage. The Dupont Circle Metro station is only two blocks away. Washington Business Journal reported that the building is assessed at about $16.3 million.

While it’s still too early to say exactly what will happen to the building once the NAB leaves, there is an opportunity for the next owner to convert the property into residences or a boutique hotel, according to the Washington Business Journal.

When it comes to the NAB’s next headquarters, the organization plans on moving into a two-building project currently being developed in the Capitol Riverfront. The move is expected to complete by Q2 of 2019.
