In July 2017, developer StonebridgeCarras acquired the final parcel of land needed to construct a 250-foot-tall development only a block away from the Bethesda Metro station. Now, Bethesda Magazine reports that new renderings have been released for the project, located at 7351 and 7359 Wisconsin Avenue.

The plan is to build a 225-room hotel as well as approximately 400,000 square feet of office space. There will also be a plaza, water wall, and public art included as well as a landscaped roof with a canopy covering.

In order to acquire one of the plots of land on the site, the developer had to promise to construct a new police station at 4823 Rugby Road. Bethesda Magazine reported that the new station should be open by the fall.

The project is expected to break ground in 2019. The delivery is estimated around 2021.
