An application was recently filed with the Board of Zoning Adjustment for a brand new 12-story mixed-use building in Navy Yard.

The building would take the place of an existing auto service center, located at 100 K Street SE. It would house 34 residential units atop ground-floor retail space.

According to UrbanTurf, the owner of the property is GH Development, and the designer of this new project is Citadel Design Build.
