At Motor City Drive and Westlake Terrace in Bethesda, Maryland, there is currently a vacant Ourisman Ford dealership, but soon enough, it may house the region’s newest rental building.

Originally, developer Foulger-Pratt planned for a 64-foot-tall mixed-use project on the site with 340 apartments and 12,000 square feet of residential and retail space. The proposal has since changed. Now, the building will house 348 apartments with no commercial components included, as reported by local blogger Robert Dyer.

Already, the developer had plans approved for an underground parking garage, but there are hopes to instead get approval for a surface parking lot, according to UrbanTurf. Some of the amenities that will be included are courtyards and a pool.
