Next to the White Flint Metro station in Bethesda, Maryland, there are plans for a brand new 295-unit apartment project that will be a part of a three-building complex headed by developer LCOR White Flint. Renderings for this building were recently revealed by Bethesda Magazine, who further reported that this new development will be the highest-end in the complex.
The two other buildings in the complex have already completed construction with the 312-unit Wentworth House finishing in 2008 and the 341-unit Aurora delivering in 2014. Bethesda Magazine reported that the complex also features a 63,000-square-foot Harris Teeter grocery store and a 362,000-square-foot office building for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
This new building is expected to break ground in the summer of 2018. Construction is expected to take approximately two years.
