It’s almost here, the event many have been waiting all year for: The annual Pride Parade in Washington, D.C. If thinking of driving through or near Dupont Circle this Saturday, June 10, maybe think again as the event tends to clog up streets with an array of members of the LGBT community and their allies.
The parade travels one-and-a-half miles with seven staging streets. The parade kicks off at 4:30 p.m. at the corner of 21st and P streets NW with the last float off route ending at 7:30 p.m. at the corner of 14th and R streets NW.
Below, get a peek at the parade route.
