In Potomac, Maryland, homebuyers can nab a spacious, well-maintained townhome currently owned by former Washington football team player and retired national sportscaster Tim Brant. Brant told Curbed DC that the property “has a heart and a soul” and noted that the dining room was always his favorite space due to it being oversized and able to sit all of his family over the holidays.

On the home, Brant said, “When something’s that special, you hate to say goodbye to it.”

The 4,100-square-foot listing spans four stories with an elevator that passes through all of them. There are gas fireplaces in three of the floors as well as four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Built in 2006, the listing boasts elegant moldings, hardwood flooring, and custom built-ins. There is also a two-car garage and a media room.

If interested, the price is $1,439,000. The listing agent is Christy Bakaly of Wydler Brothers Real Estate.
