Since November 2016, developer Four Points has been converting a historic circa 1916-constructed property in Truxton Circle that once served as a horse’s stables and then garage. Now, one of the units in the Chapman Stables development is up for grabs for $789,900.

With $561 monthly HOA dues, this approximately 1,000-square-foot unit comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside, there are modern fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and amenities that include a rooftop terrace, courtyard, and concierge.

Garage parking is optional, but it costs an extra $50,000.

Currently, there are no photos available as the unit won’t finish construction until the summer of 2018. Once the conversion is complete, there will be a total of 114 condos for sale.
