According to UrbanTurf, the home was listed privately for several weeks before hitting the market for $13,995,000. With this price, it ranks as the second most expensive Washington, D.C. home currently for sale. The most expensive home for sale in the city is located in Kent with a $20 million asking price.

According to the listing, the residence’s kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating and a built-in stovetop. The home also offers four fireplaces, original hardwood flooring, and six parking spaces.
