There are plans to construct a 352-unit apartment project in Largo Town Center, but these plans won’t come to fruition unless Lanham-based NAI Michael finds a partner or a buyer for the project.
Washington Business Journal reported that the three-building, “shovel ready” project is located on a six-acre site less than half a mile away from the Largo Town Center Metro station.
This project is a portion of the 18-acre Crescents at Largo Town Center development, which will feature 84 townhomes and three multi-family buildings.
