Local architect Mark McInturff has spent the past 40 years designing award-winning homes in the D.C. area. One of his homes, located in Bethesda, Maryland, has landed on the market with four bedrooms and seven bathrooms inside.

The 1997-built single-family home sits on roughly three-fourths of an acre of land. Along with a pool and an outdoor grilling station, the approximately 7,500-square-foot listing also comes with coffered ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass block. There is also a spiral staircase and a fireplace inside.

The asking price totals $2,295,000. The listing agent is Brad Rozansky of Long & Foster Real Estate.
