When touring through this Pleasant Plains condo, one might think to oneself that while it’s well modernized and well-lit, it still seems like any other condo in the city. That assumption would be wrong, though.

At one time, the development served as one of the world’s earliest helicopter factories. Washington, D.C.-based Brick Lane and Brook Rose Development combined three original historic warehouses to create the single 13-unit condo project, known simply as The Helicopter Factory.

Recently, one of the two-bedroom units chopped its price by $10,000, from the original ask of $955,000 to the current $945,000.

In the kitchen of the newly constructed condo, there is a custom granite rolling island as well as gas cooking. There is also open shelving as well as stainless steel appliances and subway tile. Throughout the condo, there is hardwood flooring and high ceilings.

In this three-story, 1,670-square-foot residential unit, there is a also rooftop deck with an indoor seating area beside it.
