Nearly one in four homes in D.C. cost over $1M

A big jump since 2010

Washington, D.C. real estate is moving on up when it comes to prices. This month, Zumper and ABODO reported that D.C. ranks as the fifth most expensive U.S. city for renting. Now, UrbanTurf reports that buying isn’t much easier.
