In Prince George’s County, there are plans to construct a 260-unit mixed-use project, known as The Rail Yard Apartments, in two phases. Before the project can begin, Urban Investment Partners (UIP) will have to acquire a series of adjacent lots across from the Hyattsville Arts District, as reported by Bisnow.
The project fronting Route 1 will have 33,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. There will also be a 464-space parking garage. Details on the second phase of the project have yet to be revealed.
Groundbreaking is slated for early next year, according to Bisnow.
