In an idyllic street in Dupont Circle, this limestone row house once served as the Holton-Arms School. Founded in 1901, the private school for girls taught music and French in its salons. By 1906, the school relocated, causing the row house to be converted back into housing. Later, it was renovated into the four condos seen today.

Each of the units offer custom cabinets and high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchens. The bathrooms meanwhile offer white marble vanity counters, Waterworks fixtures, and marble tubs. The fireplaces inside have been restored and all of the hardwood flooring is original.

One of the units currently on the market, known as “The Gallery,” spans a total of 1,120 square feet with two bedrooms. Both of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with an additional half bathroom offered by the living and dining rooms. Storage units also come with the listing. The price for this unit is $849,000.

The second condo, known as “The Phillips,” also features two bedrooms across 1,266 square feet of space. Only one of the two bathrooms available adjoins a bedroom. The kitchen in The Phillips is also a tad more spacious than the one in The Gallery, spanning 12’6’’x9’6’’ in comparison to 10’x10’. For this listing? $1.149 million.

The other two condos, known as “The Holton” and “The Penthouse,” are currently under contract.
