In an idyllic street in Dupont Circle, this limestone row house once served as the Holton-Arms School. Founded in 1901, the private school for girls taught music and French in its salons. By 1906, the school relocated, causing the row house to be converted back into housing. Later, it was renovated into the four condos seen today.
Each of the units offer custom cabinets and high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchens. The bathrooms meanwhile offer white marble vanity counters, Waterworks fixtures, and marble tubs. The fireplaces inside have been restored and all of the hardwood flooring is original.

The other two condos, known as “The Holton” and “The Penthouse,” are currently under contract.
