Curbed has seen a lot of castles in its day, from a probably enchanted one in Warrenton, Virginia to a formerly bleak one in Washington, D.C.’s Crestwood neighborhood. Recently, this English-style Silver Spring, Maryland castle landed on the market for one dollar under $1.4 million.

On a roughly two-acre lot, the listing features 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across roughly 12,000 square feet of space. According to the listing, it could be used for a bed and breakfast, a church, assisted living, or as one’s exclusive residence.

From the covered entrance, the homebuyer will be able to enter the foyer with its swinging staircase before heading over to the parlor or great room. In the back, there is enough space for a patio and pool. An attached garage is also included.

In the lower level, there is an in-law suite with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Final need-to-know luxuries offered with this castle include an underground vault, theater, wine cellar, and gym.
