The mastermind behind the original National Airport outside of Washington, D.C. and the Hollin Hills neighborhood in Alexandria, Virginia also designed this Midcentury Modern home. In Alexandria, American architect Charles Goodman constructed the residence in 1957, and since then, it has been expanded and completely renovated.
Inside the one-level home, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms across roughly 2,000 square feet of space. The listing indicates that there is a wood-burning fireplace inside as well as a mud room and double pane windows. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and a breakfast bar.
The asking price totals $735,000. For more photos, check out the gallery below.
