NoMa’s Storey Park project swaps office for hotel space

A brand new hotel is on the way to NoMa, thanks to changed plans by Perseus Realty and Four Points.

Originally, the developers planned for the Storey Park project to be a 346,000-square-foot office building with 300 multi-family residential units. Instead of office space, the plan is to build a 225-key hotel, according to Bisnow. The number of multi-family residential units has also increased to 435.

The project, located at 1005 First Street NE, is expected to break ground in November of this year. The delivery is slated for July of 2019.
