In 2014, New Vision Properties totally renovated this Capitol Hill townhome, enhancing it with high-tech amenities for homebuyers who want their home to be as smart as their phone. According to the listing’s brochure, the listing is one of the first fully integrated smart homes in the neighborhood.

Some of the smart features include key-less entry, an alarm system with remote access, and the ability to watch and listen to separate audio and video in different areas of the home. Through Wi-Fi, the next homebuyer will be able to remotely control the home’s shades, lighting, television, and stereo.

Other design highlights that will likely attract homebuyers include the home’s custom outdoor lighting, outdoor waterproof speakers, two custom-built storage sheds, and heated gutters. There is also a flagstone patio and full size washer and dryer.

Inside, there are three skylights, heated marble flooring in two of the three bathrooms, a built-in Cappuccino machine in the kitchen, and a stacked limestone gas fireplace with a built-in, 55-inch flat screen television.

The four-bedroom home is on the market for $1.55 million.
