In Kalorama, one of Washington, D.C.’s most exclusive neighborhoods, buyers have the chance to own a residentially zoned land parcel owned by the French government. The lot, located at 2221 Kalorama Road NW, adjoins the French ambassador’s private residence and is up for grabs for $5.6 million.
Located within the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District, the parcel spans 25,197 square feet. According to a press release, this might be the first time in approximately 40 years that the land has been up for sale.
The Alex Venditti Team of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage co-listed the property with the Morrell-Roth Team from Compass.
