There are plans for a 20-story condo building in Reston, Virginia that will house 150 units. Bisnow reported that developer Renaissance Centro’s project will be the first for-sale units to be built near Reston Town Center in a decade.
If approved, the project will be constructed at 1801 Old Reston Avenue, replacing an office building already on the site. There will be six to 10 units per floor as well as amenities like a pool, fitness center, balconies, and a 6,250-square-foot outdoor recreation center.
