Maryland Governor Larry Hogan sells Annapolis home for $1.35M

The Governor now resides in the stately governor’s mansion in Annapolis

Last fall, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan sold his Annapolis, Maryland, home to a public health researcher for Johns Hopkins and an electrical contractor, as reported by Maryland Matters. It sold for $1.35 million and was originally listed for $1.6 million.

The property offers four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two acres of land that overlook Beard’s Creek. It was renovated in 2007.

The Washington Post reports that Hogan originally purchased the property for $825,000 in 2004. He now resides in the stately governor’s mansion in Annapolis, Maryland. Maryland Matters further reports that Hogan also owns a condo in Ocean City, Maryland.
