In Georgetown’s East Village, this red brick single-family home has lowered in price by $246,000, now asking $2.65 million. It offers four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across more than 2,700 square feet of space.

For those who may not be familiar with East Village, the two sections of Georgetown are divided by Wisconsin Avenue NW and distinguished by their parks, celebrity residents, and the presence of neighborhood stores and Georgetown University.
