Tucker Carlson purchases Kent home for $3.8M

The Fox News commentator’s new home comes with an outdoor swimming pool and a gourmet kitchen

Tucker Carlson, the American conservative political commentator for Fox News and the co-founder and former editor-in-chief of The Daily Caller, has a new home in Washington, D.C. Washington Business Journal reports that Carlson sold a home in Kent for $2.04 million in September 2017 after buying another Kent home a little over a mile away for $3,895,000 in July 2017.

Carlson’s former home on Partridge Lane NW spans nearly 5,000 square feet across four levels with a total of seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. It last sold in April 2011 for $2 million.

The new home spans 7,400 square feet with five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. It features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an outdoor swimming pool, and coffered ceilings. There are multiple fireplaces inside as well as decorative columns and a home gym.
