Near Stanton Park in Capitol Hill, there are five 19th century brownstone townhomes that are expected to undergo renovations through January 2018. Behind the project is D.C. area-based developer Petra Development, who plans on having each property serve as either a single-family home or a commercial business. The townhomes are located at 418-424 C Street NE.
With prices expected to range from $2,995,000 up to $4 million, each property will feature a rooftop deck, one to two off-street parking spaces, marble countertops, and an in-law suite with a built-in kitchenette and full bathroom. According to a press release, the single-family homes will include five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
One of the buildings, specifically the one at 418 C Street NE, will deliver with a newly renovated, 1,100-square-foot, two-story carriage house with two full bathrooms and a rooftop deck. When it was originally constructed in 1888, it served as a horse stable. This property is expected to deliver later this month.
In December 2017, the buildings at 420 and 422 C streets NE will complete their renovations, while the buildings at 424 and 426 C streets NE won’t deliver until January 2018.
