Co-living spaces continue to proliferate in Washington, D.C. Co-living company Common recently announced the opening of their second D.C. location, called Common Bowman, in an 8,300-square-foot space in Chinatown.
With 14 fully-furnished rooms, the location is located near the corner of Sixth and I streets NW, across from the Sixth & I Historic Synagogue. Each of the units come with shared living rooms, en-suite balconies, and a rooftop deck with additional amenities that include weekly cleanings, access to Common’s Slack network, and on-site laundry
Prices at Common Bowman start at $1,558 per month for a 12-month commitment with gas and electricity included.
The first Common location in the District is located in Shaw. Common currently has 14 locations across four U.S. cities, including New York, San Francisco, and Chicago.
