Ho ho ho!

Not often will listings in the D.C. area get spruced up for a holiday with the intention to entice buyers, but this one really shows that it can be a good thing to be merry. We’ll see if the listing re-uploads images once the New Year comes.

In June 2011, this Vienna, Virginia, single-family home first landed on the market for $3.1 million, later experiencing a price chop, down to $2.9 million. It has since relisted, this time for $2,799,900. With this new listing comes some holiday cheer, as seen in the Christmas decorations throughout the living room and dining room.

This single-family home offers a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms across roughly 9,000 square feet of space. The European-style villa comes with a walled courtyard with a four-tier fountain as well as an outside swimming pool and a tennis court. According to the listing, the property also offers a dog kennel and a four-car garage.

The listing agent is Patricia Stack of Weichert Realtors.
