We’re dreaming of a White House Christmas, just like the ones that came before. And it looks like those dreams have come true. The White House has unveiled its Christmas-decorated rooms, and the decorations are truly making the president’s house a more merry place. Over 150 volunteers from 29 states were behind the makeover with this year’s theme being “Time-Honored Traditions.”
In a statement, First Lady Melania Trump said, "The President, Barron, and I are very excited for our first Christmas in the White House. As with many families across the country, holiday traditions are very important to us. I hope when visiting the People's House this year, visitors will get a sense of being home for the holidays. On behalf of my husband and Barron, I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and joyous holiday season."
For a look at what the decorations were like two years ago, head to this Curbed article. Below, get an inside look at what the White House now looks like.
