The building that hosted the former “doomed from the start” Rosslyn, Virginia, art space, known as Artisphere, has officially reopened as a coworking space, known as Spaces. As first reported by ARLnow, the coworking space, located at 1101 Wilson Boulevard, features 303 desks across 37,000 square feet.

There is an additional 9,000 square feet of outdoor space included with a balcony and an upper atrium that connects to Freedom Park. ARLnow further reported that the new Spaces location comes with a full kitchen, a bar and cafe, and eight beer taps.

Before this opening, there was already a Spaces in the D.C. area, located in the former Uline Arena at 1140 3rd Street NE. This coworking company originated in Amsterdam with a focus on offering designer desks, tables, and sofas with prices starting at $249 per month. The D.C. location opened in April 2017.
