At 4615 Wisconsin Avenue NW, there are plans for a brand new mixed-use project that could take over the two-story restaurant buildings located there. Currently, the site houses the Tenley Bar & Grill and the former location of the Dancing Crab.
Current Newspapers reports that the plan is for a seven-story apartment building with approximately 40 units, two of which would be designated for affordable housing. On the ground floor, there would be retail. There are also plans for a rooftop lounge and a garage on the second floor with 10 parking spaces.
According to Current Newspapers, the developer will need significant zoning relief.
