There are a variety of amenities worth searching for in homes. Maybe that’s a big backyard, which this Spring Valley home has, or maybe it’s a library or a gourmet kitchen, both features that this property has as well. There is one decorative feature that this listing offers that isn’t very common, though: a scoreboard.

When Curbed DC reached out to one of the listing agents to learn about whether or not the scoreboard comes with the property, we were told that it’s “negotiable.”

For those who aren’t very much into sports, but maybe are instead interested in a fairly spacious property with a 1/3-acre lot, this listing may still be worthy of a look or two. Asking $3.3 million, this Colonial comes with six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. According to the listing, it was constructed in 1929 with a two-car attached garage and a movie room.

Inside the kitchen, there is a spacious island with a built-in sink. There are also stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting throughout.

According to Realtor.com, the listing last sold for $3 million in December 2013.

The listing agents are Michael Rankin and Matt McCormick of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.
