Washington, D.C.’s largest developer JBG SMITH has listed a three-building, 11.5-acre site, known as Commerce Executive Park, for sale.
According to Washington Business Journal, the site by Sunrise Valley Drive and Wiehle Avenue is about 87 percent leased.
Bisnow further reported that the property was previously owned by Vornado before the company merged with The JBG Cos. Last year, there were plans to add more than 1 million square feet to the site with 500 residential units, a 175-room hotel, and a 385,000-square-foot office building.
There are no reports of what the price for the site is.
