In Ashburn, Virginia, two brand new residential communities are planned by homebuilder Miller & Smith with the hope to create abodes with open living spaces filled with natural light, located close to shopping, dining, and community amenities.

One of the communities, known as The West Park Collection at Brambleton, will offer 49 single-family homes with up to 4,200 square feet of space. Each space will feature four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. According to a press release, the community will be located near three new schools, Brambleton Town Center’s retail, and three community pools.

The second residential neighborhood to keep an eye on is known as The Garden District. Located on the southern edge of Brambleton Town Center, this townhome community features six designs, each with modern brick facades, black windows, and two-car garages.

Each up to 3,200-square-foot townhome will offer three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a private outdoor space.
