Already, Spaces, the Amsterdam-based coworking company, has expanded to Rosslyn, Virginia and the former Uline Arena in NoMa. Houston-based real estate firm Transwestern has announced that it recently negotiated a 19,300-square-foot lease with Spaces in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
The new location will be at 4445 Willard Avenue, just one block away from the Friendship Heights Metro Station. The building is known as Chase Tower, a mixed-use community surrounded by retailers like Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, and Bloomingdale’s.
There are no reports as to when Spaces expects to open in the Chevy Chase location.
