In Barracks Row, 75-unit project planned

The apartment building will offer 46 parking spaces as well as retail

On the southern edge of Barracks Row, there are plans for a three-phase residential development that will house 75 apartments and 46 parking spaces.

First reported by UrbanTurf, the development will be located at 816-820 Potomac Avenue SE and will join a 22-unit project planned at 801 Virginia Avenue SE.

Behind the project is The Murillo Malnati Group and PGN Architects.
