New mixed-income, multi-family residential project lands in Arlington

The Union on Queen offers high-end amenities

The Union on Queen residential development is officially open in Arlington, Virginia. This brand new mixed-income, multi-family community boasts 193 apartments, of which 78 are designated for affordable housing.

The 23-story development, located at 1515 N. Queen Street, is LEED Silver certified and offers a location with easy access to Rout 50, I-66, and the George Washington Parkway. The residential units range from studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.

Amenities for the project include a rooftop deck, bocce court, “genius bar,” and fitness center. There is also a conference room and club room.

The prices of the units are not available online.

Behind the development is The Bozzuto Group and non-profit developer Wesley Housing Development Corporation. Davis Carter Scott was the architect.
