In the beginning, Jackie Kennedy’s mansion in Georgetown was listed privately for $10 million in June 2016. By October, the listing became open to the public with a brand new price, $8.995 million. Now, UrbanTurf is reporting that the listing has once more had its price chopped, this time to $6.5 million.

The former First Lady only lived in the Georgetown mansion for one year before moving to New York. Other past celebrity owners of the home include New Republic publisher Michael Straight and American singer and beauty pageant titleholder Yolande Betbeze Fox.

The Georgetown residence comes with views of the Potomac River as well as six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Constructed in c. 1794, it also boasts large entertaining spaces and a spacious, fenced-in rear patio.
