Approximately one hour away from Washington, D.C., a presidential pad just landed on the market. The big name attached to the Marshall, Virginia single-family home is none other than U.S. President John F. Kennedy.

According to Redfin, Kennedy’s former home, otherwise known as the Wexford estate, is on the market for $5.95 million. It was designed by Jackie Kennedy and constructed in 1963. It features over 166 acres of land as well as a tennis court, stable, pool, and pond.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom listing has been on and off the market since October 2013. It was originally priced at $10.995 million, as reported by Redfin. The average home price in Marshall is around $650,000.
