This development is only a couple blocks away from the Major League Soccer stadium

Once again, more developments are on their way to Washington, D.C.’s Buzzard Point neighborhood. UrbanTurf reported that Capital City Real Estate filed plans to the Zoning Commission for a 110-unit condo building at 1st, V, and Half streets SW.

The building is planned to be eight stories with amenities like a 24-hour concierge service and parking.

The development is slated to begin move-ins by the fall of 2018.
